Yield Dynamics Releases Genesis FPD™
for
Flat Panel Display Yield Optimization

Inc. today announced the release of Genesis FPD™ for flat panel display
(FPD) yield optimization. Genesis FPD implements the industry
leading technologies featured in the Genesis Enterprise™ yield
management software platform, but specifically engineered for the
thin-film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) market requirements
for data collection, storage, visualization, analysis, and daily
production yield monitoring and reporting.
