Yield Dynamics to Present on Flat Panel Display Yield Optimization
at
Semicon West's TFT-LCD Conference

San Jose Marriott Hotel in San Jose, California on Thursday July 17, 2003

participate in a panel discussion on enabling the growth of LCD markets
through new manufacturing technologies, and give a presentation about the
